Ingredients
  • 3 Lbs. eye of round roast
  • 2 Tablespoons coarse ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Thyme or ½ teaspoon Rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Rub oil on roast. Coat roast with seasonings. (I omit the oregano and garlic powder.)
  2. Roast at 500 for 15 minutes.
  3. Then, reduce heat to 350 and cook an additional 45 min.

Dipping sauce (Refrigerate)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon oregano
